Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb turkey ground
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper minced
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped green
  • 1 tsp ginger grated to taste sea salt to taste black pepper ground
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 4 tbsp barbecue sauce prepared
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients (turkey through salt and pepper).
  • Form turkey into patties. Heat grill pan or skillet to high heat and place turkey burgers.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on each side, then place the pineapple slice on top of the burger and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Place burgers on lettuce leaves and top with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce each and the other lettuce leaf and serve.
