Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups chopped Brussels sprout leaves
  • 1/4 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 small shallot diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Form meat mixture into patties and place on the grill.
  • Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until turkey is no longer pink in the center.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the remaining ingredients with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
