  • 1 small head cabbage chopped
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp white pepper ground
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1 1/2 pounds sausage links sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Evenly spread mixture into a large roasting pan. Place in oven and roast for 45 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and cabbage is tender.
