  1. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; add chicken and toss to coat well. In a small bowl;sprinkle almond flour over the chicken. Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp; drain, chill with cold water, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add 2 cloves of the minced garlic. Add chicken pieces; cook,turning occasionally, until browned, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan.
  3. Add ghee and remaining garlic to the skillet;stir in arrowroot flour; cook, stirring constantly. When bubbly, gradually stir in coconut milk. Cook until creamy. Add chicken and broccoli to the sauce; stir to coat. Serve over hot squash; top with freshly ground black pepper.
